Pete became a part of Jacksons in 2005 as a self-employed adviser, but was invited to join the company as a co-owner in 2007.

Chas joined Jacksons in 2010 after a long and distinguished career with Lloyds TSB. He became a director and co-owner in January 2014.

Our Practice manager Sharon joined Jacksons in September 2021 to help the directors take the firm to the next level.

Mike joined Jacksons in 1988 and retired from active client work in 2011. Since then he has served as chairman of the board.

We call Pete the Data Ninja because he is a wizz at computers, has a keen eye for detail and likes to get things done in a complete way!

Jacob is a great vocal communicator; he is thoughtful in his approach and helps other team members along the way.

Steve looks after the income side of things here at Jacksons; which, with a 50-year-old company, is no mean feat!

Toby became a part of the team in 2022. First and foremost a team player, he loves helping colleagues and clients alike.

Amy joined the team a couple of years ago, and brings an appetite to learn and to share all of her experiences.

Zoe is a great listener who works hard to give our clients the absolute best experience and has extraordinary attention to detail.

Tegen gravitated toward Jacksons following a move home from London, bringing tons of experience in the mortgage space.

Hayley is highly organised, and exceptional at communicating and running her day with commitment and focus.

Tracey is a long-term member of the team. Super-efficient, she also has a great sense of what the team and the clients need.

Carrie is focused and determined, has an incredible outlook on life and always seeks to be the best she can be.

Elliot's ten-year finance career has led him to become part of our journey to creating a new role and team in the Jacksons Hub.

From early years on the theatre stage to becoming a barrister, Paul has built a catalogue of exceptional skills.

Toby likes to get into detail with clients, exploring the journey they wish to take. He can often be found exploring and researching.

Mark found his way to us after a career within financial services. Now, he works closely with clients on their own journeys.

Paul was born and brought up around Sennen, and has been with Jacksons since 2012, meaning he has exceptional local knowledge.

Joining Jacksons in 2017 as a Paraplanner, Demi has worked across the roles, collecting experience and respect from everyone here.

Colleen joins us as a qualified adviser looking to learn the 'Jacksons Way.'

Tom joined the paraplanning team in 2024, with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
